GaN Power Amplifiers Up to 20W

Model MPA series microwave power amplifiers have a compact rugged design, just 3 x 2 x 1”, to efficiently dissipate heat. Supply voltage is kept minimal to reduce the heat dissipation. Heat sink is available. Its frequency range is from 0.5 to 18 GHz. Pout of +30 dBm up to +43 dBm. Bench-top amplifier models (MDPA) are also available. The MDPA operates using AC line (120/220V), with built-in over temperature protection fan included.
