Design and sales support is now available for a differential output gain block. Qorvo’s QPA9154 is input matched to 50 ohms and offers a 100 ohm differential-output to directly interface with a transceiver ADC, thereby eliminating the need for a discrete balun. Ideal for final gain stages in 2.3 to 3.8 GHz, 5G m-MIMO base stations, the unit delivers 19 dB of small signal gain and 35 dBm OIP3. Housed in a compact 2x2mm SMT package.
