Design and sales support is now available for a high power, SMT RF switch. The RFuW Engineering model MSW6T-6040-600 is a SP6T switch capable of handling 400W of CW RF power over the range of 30 to 512 MHz. Peak power handling is up to 1000W. Offered in a small form factor (8 x 8 x 2.5mm) package.
