Model CVCO55FL-0183-0219 VCO operates from 183 to 219 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5~4.5V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -123 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +8.5 dBm. It comes packaged in the industry-standard 0.5×0.5” SMD package. Input voltage is 5V, with a typical current consumption of 25mA.
