Model VSX3696 is a high efficiency, 1.8kW compact X-band PA with proven GaN technology that can easily be combined to create high power X-band radar transmitters up to 50kW. The company’s solid state transmitters are reliable, modular, provide “soft fail” graceful power degradation, and are easy to maintain. It is designed for use in both pulsed and airborne radar applications, covering the 9.0 to 10.0 GHz frequency band.
