Model ZVE-373LNX-K+ is a Class C amplifier with 20 dB gain within a +/-1.5 dB window from 28 to 37 GHz. It has a typical noise figure of 2.5 dB with typical output power of +9 dBm at 1 dB compression. Well suited for 5G, satellite communications, radar, and military systems, the RoHS-compliant amplifier exhibits 1.50:1 typical input VSWR and 1.40:1 typical output VSWR. Current draw is typically 75mA from a +12 VDC supply. The 50 ohm amplifier measures 1.20 x 0.46 x 0.45” with female 2.92mm connectors, and has an operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C at the base plate mounting surface.
