Three new devices have been added to the company’s growing portfolio of bypass-equipped (BYP) amplifiers. With an ultra-low 0.85 dB NF, the GRF2076 is an LNA with BYP that provides 19.5 dB of gain and 37.5 dBm of OIP3 for sub-6 GHz wireless infrastructure applications. As broadband derivatives, the GRF2042/3 variants cover multiple octaves while delivering gains of 15 dB and 18.4 dB, respectively.
