Now available with full design support is a GaAs MMIC amplifier from Analog Devices, Inc. The ADL8150 is a self-biased GaAs MMIC, HBT, low phase noise amplifier that operates from 6 to 14 GHz. It has low phase noise of -172 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and provides 12 dB of typical signal gain and +30 dBm typical OP3 intercept.
