The MAPC-S1504 is a high power GaN on Silicon Carbide HEMT D-mode amplifier suitable for 5.2 to 5.9 GHz operation. The device supports pulsed operation with peak output power levels of at least 60 W (47.8 dBm) in an air cavity ceramic package. Features include 50 ohm impedance matched, 50V operation, and 60 W output power for CW and pulsed operation. Applications include military radio communications, radar, avionics, digital cellular infrastructure, RF energy, and test instrumentation.
