The AP64202Q synchronous buck converter is a 2A converter with a wide input voltage range of 3.8 to 40V. The device fully integrates a 150 megaOhm high-side power MOSFET and an 80 megaOhm low-side power MOSFET. The device provides high efficiency step-down DC-DC conversion.
