The TDLNA001013 is q pHEMT MMIC LNA qualified to MIL-PRF-38534 Class K equipment and is designed for hi-rel, space, and defense applications. It delivers gain of 26 dB between 8 and 12 GHz with a noise figure of less than 1.4 dB and P1dB output power of 12 dBm. Class K-equivalent element evaluation is performed per wafer. Self-bias technique is employed to allow single-supply operation. Circuit ground is provided through vias to backside die metallization. The TDLNA001013 performs well as a low-noise amplifier in receive applications and as a driver or buffer amplifier where high gain, excellent linearity, and low power consumption are important.
