The GRF 2010 is a GaAs pHEMT broadband gain block that operates between 400 MHz and 4 GHz with a single match and can be optimized for operation from 50 MHz to 5 GHz. Power requirement is 2.7 to 8 V, gain is 10.1 dB, OIP3 is 30.5 dBm, and noise figure of 3 dB. It is internally matched to 50Ω at the input and output and requires only DC blocks and a bias choke at the output.
