The MMZ25332B4 two-stage RF driver amplifier is designed for macro and micro base stations and final stage applications for small cells. It operates from 1.5 to 2.7 GHz with gain of more than 26.5 dB and requires a 5-VDC supply. The amplifier is housed in a QFN 4×4 SMT package.
