Th AMP2103P-LC is a solid-state RF power amplifier that operates between 800 MHz and 3.2 GHz and delivers a peak pulse RF power output of at least 1 kW and 500 W CW. It is designed for CW and pulse automotive radar testing, EMC, EW, and many other applications. The small-form-factor, rack-mounted system operates in Class A/AB and has power gain of at least 60 dB, a gain adjustment range of 20 dB, and gain flatness of 3 dB p-p. Two-tone intermodulation distortion is -30 dBc, harmonic reduction is 20 dBc, and spurious rejection is 60 dBc. The amplifier operates from 120 to 240 VAC drawing 4500 W and offers protection for VSWR and input power, and optionally sample port coupling. Operating temperature ranges 0° C to +50° C and maximum altitude is 300 m. The amplifier measures 482 x 310 x 700 mm and weighs 40 kg.
