500 MHz to 26 GHz GaAs MESFET

The Microwave Technology MwT-9F is a GaAs MESFET that is well suited for applications requiring high gain and moderate linear power. Small-signal gain is 11 dB and the chip is available as a 485 x 315 µm die. It can be used in military and hi-rel designs and is also available in multiple package configurations.
