High-performance Cable Assemblies

PHASEFLEX® microwave test assemblies provide high mechanical durability and electrical performance, with excellent phase and amplitude stability for high density and modular test applications. They have a bend radius as small as 0.5 in. that makes routing easier without affecting performance, crush resistance of at least 250 lb. per linear inch of protection, and resistance to abrasion, dust, moisture, torque, crush, kink, and chemicals. They maintain their optimal performance over a wide temperature range. High connector pull strength reduces the need for replacement cables as they exceed 100,000 flex cycles. They provide precise, repeatable measurements with stable electrical performance up to 110 GHz.
