SSBB Vertical Mount Board
SuperMini board-to-board connectors address the physical and performance limitations of standard SMP designs and employ miniaturized push-on interconnect solutions that increase product lifespan and improve resilience against RF signal degradation. The Model 55057-005J is an SSBB vertical mount board that optimizes the performance of the transmission path between the conductor and circuit while accommodating axial misalignment of 0.01 in. and radial misalignment of +/-10° via the company’s bullet and PC board jack. The bullet design also provides extended mating and demating cycles, while low mating insertion force enables increased interconnect density. The board meets requirements for MIL-PRF-39102 for resistance to corrosion, vibration, and mechanical and thermal shock. Operating temperature is -55° C to +250° C, VSWR is 1.13:1, and maximum operating frequency is 67 GHz.
