Threshold Detector

The TD-30T-SHS-218-8G12G-PECL threshold detector has a maximum VSWR at -20 dBm of 3:1 and dynamic range up to +10 dBm. Minimum signal level for logic 1 is -20 dBm at 2 GHz and -17 dBm at 18 GHz. Threshold variation over any 1 GHz window within its frequency range is ±0.5 dB, and minimum signal level for logic 0 is -25 dBm.
