The SIT5156 Series of MEMS SUPER TCXOs have stability of ±0.5 to ±2.5 ppm and can be factory programmed to any combination of frequencies between 1 and 60 MHz, voltage, and pull range. Digital frequency pulling via I2C provides digital control of the output frequency and pull range up to ±3200 ppm.
