LO Driver Amplifier
The APM-7516 is a GaAs HBT distributed LO driver amplifier that provides RF output power of +20 dBm with low return loss and phase noise. It is optimized to drive the LO port of an S-diode mixer from 1 to 18 GHz. The amplifier can be operated with a variety of bias conditions for both low-power and high-power applications.
