4-channel Dual-polarized Analog Beamformer IC

The MMW9014K is a 5G 4-channel dual-polarized analog beamforming IC that is controlled via a high-speed SPI bus or via an LVDS link. It has 8-bit phase and gain resolution, and each channel has a transmit and receive chain, each with a buffer, phase shifter and variable gain amplifier. On-chip power detectors measure power levels on all antenna ports in transmit mode. The IC is housed in a FO-WLPBGA package measuring 6.5 mm x 6.1 mm x 0.56 mm.
