The GRF4012W is a low noise gain block designed for automotive and wireless infrastructure applications. The device is powered from a supply voltage of 1.8 to 5.0 VDC and has a selectable IDDQ range. It is mounted in a 1.5 x 1.5 mm DFN-6 package and AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualification is pending. Gain is 17.8 dB and OIP3 is 32 dBm.
