The M9484C VXG four-channel vector signal generator has a maximum measurement frequency of 54 GHz and 5 GHz of RF bandwidth. When combined with the V3080A vector signal generator frequency extender, this range can be extended to 110 GHz. The instrument allows multi-antenna test applications to be performed including MIMO and beamforming with precise phase coherence and timing synchronization.
