2 kW GaN RF Power Amplifier

The RIM092K0-20 GaN power amplifier operates from 900 to 930 MHz with RF output power up to 2000 W with efficiency of 63% while operating from a 50 VDC supply. It is designed to replace industrial magnetrons in high power industrial applications, artificial diamond manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, and plasma systems. The amplifier is available in a module with connectors.
