High-performance Signal Generators
The DSG3000B Series signal generators are available in 6.5 and 13.6 GHz models with optional IQ baseband generator and OXO time base. AM, FM, analog modulation, and pulse modulation are supported up to 3.6 GHz and I/Q modulation and I/Q baseband output are supported to 6.5 GHz. The signal generator has phase noise of less than 116 dBc/Hz at a 20 kHz offset and an amplitude range of -130 dBm to +25 dBm with accuracy of less than 0.5 dB. The instruments have a 1 ppm internal clock, optional 5 ppb high-stability clock, and optional pulse modulation and pulse train generator. It has a user-defined pulse train generator, I/Q modulation and I/Q baseband output, 2U height with an available rack mount kit, and support for USB, Ethernet, and GPIB remote control and a SCPI command set.
