The MSW2-1001ELGA silicon-on-insulator reflective SPDT switch covers 100 MHz to 40 GHz with insertion loss of 1.2 dB, isolation of 40 dB at 40 GHz, and handles a maximum RF input power of 27 dBm. It requires positive and negative 3.3 VDC supplies and is controlled with a single pin compatible with LVTTL logic.
