X-Band Radar SSPA

The BHCDP928978-4000 is a GaN RF power amplifier for ground or surface X-band radar applications. It operates in Class AB from 9.2 to 9.7 GHz frequency within instantaneous bandwidth of 500 MHz. It is designed for TWT replacement applications and provides protection for VSWR, duty factor, pulse width, and temperature as well as graceful degradation in an RF power module failure. Custom configurations and features are available as well as power levels up to 16 kW.
