The CMX90G302 cascadable MMIC gain block operates from 1.4 to 7.1 GHz with small-signal gain of more than 14.8 dB, a noise figure of 1.9 dB, and a P1dB output of 11.5 dBm. The gain block requires a supply from 2.7 to 5 VDC at 20 mA and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
