The CVCO55CC-4762-4762 VCO operates at 4762 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3 to 4.7 VDC and features phase noise of -102 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is 4.0 dBm, input voltage is 5 VDC at 28 mA. The VCO is housed in a 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. SMT package.
