The dB-3201 microwave power module operates from 26.5 to 40.0 GHz and delivers 125 W of pulsed or CW RF output power. The RF signal path consists of a solid-state amplifier and a vacuum power booster. The power supply topology uses proprietary low-noise, high-efficiency designs to operate the RF signal path. Harmonic suppression is -10 dBc and spurious signal suppression is -50 dBc. It measures 11 x 9.38 x 2.38″ and weighs 8.5 lb.
