The SMA B1 Series of failsafe SPDT switches are available with operating frequencies up to 26.5 GHz. Their insertion loss is less than 0.7 dB and switching speed is 20 ms. Operating voltages are 12, 15, 24, or 28 VDC with RF power handling ability of 200 W CW or optionally 300 W CW at 1 GHz.
