These voltage-controlled analog attenuators and TTL programmable attenuators cover 1 MHz to 50 GHz, have an attenuation range of up to 40 dB, and some models have an absorptive architecture. The TTL attenuators have 0.5 dB or 1 dB step sizes along with 6-, 7-, or 8-bit control with attenuation levels up to 127.5 dB. All models have MIL-grade packages and an operational temperature range of -40° C to +85° C.
