The SW16R001 SP16T coaxial reflective pin diode switch has low insertion loss and VSWR, high isolation, and fast switching speed. An integrated 4-bit BCD TTL-compatible driver provides logic control, and the switch operates from +5 VDC and -12 to -20 VDC.
