2 to 18 GHz TWT Amplifier

The 9114/96506-H80J18 traveling wave tube amplifier operates from 2 to 18 GHz and delivers a pulsed RF output power of at least 65 dBm with a duty cycle of up to 6% and an RF input power of 0 dBm. Spurious rejection is 55 dB, pulse repetition rate is 0 to 100 kHz, pulse width is 0.1 to 50 us, and droop is 0.01 dB/us. Microprocessors provide TWT conditions, fault latching, and control of power supply and modulator parameters.
