The RadioCarbon SDR development kit pairs an RFFE with a radio module to form a complete radio. The development kit speeds design efforts from proof-of-concept to prototyping and evaluation. The RFFE uses Wolfspeed’s GaN-on-SiC technology, and the development kit adds NextGen RF Design’s BytePipe SDR SoM, including the Analog Devices ADRV9002 RF transceiver. The standalone RFFE is suited for integrating a separate radio with digital predistortion.
