Front End Module

The QPF4617 integrated front-end module integrates a 6 to 7 GHz power amplifier, single pole two throw switch, and bypassable low-noise amplifier in a single device. It is designed for Wi-Fi 6 and 6E systems and is optimized for a 5 VDC supply voltage that conserves power consumption while maintaining linear output power and throughput. The module operates in all channels between 5.9 to 7.1 GHz.
