Amplifier Gain Blocks

The GRF2010 and GRF2011 gain blocks are designed for wireless infrastructure, automotive telematics, and cellular repeaters. When used with 5 VDC bias to cover 400 MHz to 4 GHz, the GRF2010 draws 90 mA with 10 dB of gain, OIP3 linearity of 36 dBm, and a noise figure of 3.1 dB.
