This dual-line common-mode, panel-mount EMI filter reduces space and weight by 50% compared with two single-line filters and integrates a choke in a 0.69 in. diameter package. The filter employs a common mode choke and line-line capacitor to allow noise attenuation from both lines on the inputs and outputs of AC or DC systems. It delivers EMI filtering from 30 kHz to 1 GHz and differential mode noise from 30 kHz to 10 MHz.
