500 mW Linear Amplifiers

The GRF5607 and GRF5608 are 500 mW linear power amplifiers. The InGaP HBT amplifiers were designed for 5G wireless infrastructure applications requiring high linearity over temperatures of -40° C to 85° C. The devices deliver 26 dBm of linear power across frequencies of 703 to 748 MHz and 746 to 830 MHz.
