The AMP2065G-LC is a conservatively rated Class A/AB RF power amplifier that operates from 6 to 18 GHz, delivers an RF output power of at least 2 kW and is intended for use in EMI/RFI, labs, CW and pulse, and communication applications. Power gain is at least 63 dB ±5 dB, gain adjustment range is 25 dB, harmonic suppression is -20 dBc, and spurious rejection is -60 dBc. The amplifier has protection circuits as well as local and remote control capabilities.
