The PE53230 for 3.3 to 3.8 GHz and the PE53231multi-chip modules for 3.5 4 GHz have dual-channel switches, with each module containing two switches and two LNAs for high and low band frequencies. The new modules have noise figures of less than 1 dB while handling 20 W average power.
