The CMX90A004 is a two-stage MMIC power amplifier that delivers +32.5 dBm of saturated power in the 860 to 960 MHz license-free bands. The device is optimized for maximum efficiency at collector voltages of 2.7 to 4.5 VDC, making it suitable for systems operating from a single-cell Li-Ion battery. RF input and output matching are incorporated on-chip, as well as active bias circuitry and an input DC-blocking capacitor.
