Qorvo’s Spatium™ QPB2731N, an alternative to traveling wave tube amplifiers is a solid-state spatial combining amplifier with an operating range of 27.5 to 31 GHz while achieving greater than 49 dBm of instantaneous linear power. Saturated output power is at least 51.5 dBm, and linear power is greater than 49 dBm.
