X-band Low-noise Amplifier

The TTI-X-LNA-8085 LNA operates in at X-band from 8 to 8.5 GHz. It provides more than 50 dB of gain with a noise figure of 0.73 dB and a noise temperature of better than 50 K. The LNA has spurious emissions of less than -60 dBc and each unit is fully tested in an environmental chamber and delivered with a factory acceptance test report. The amplifier requires a DC supply from 12 to 28 VDC and consumes less than 200 mA of current. The TTI-X-LNA-8085 is available in a weatherproof module that measures 101.2 x 65.8 x 46.6 mm with a CPR112G input waveguide flange and SMA female output connector. It is suitable for outdoor operation in government and defense SATCOM and earth observation applications.
