The MLA-0522A is a 2 MHz to 2 GHz fully matched single-stage broadband GaAs PHEMT low-noise MMIC amplifier with gain of 16 dB, a noise figure of 1.25 dB, P1dB RF output of 16 dBm and OIP3 of 33 dBm. It’s well suited for instrumentation, wireless communications, and Iridium satellite applications where low noise figure and high dynamic range are desirable.
