The SW16AD-20 covers 500 MHz to 10 GHz in a single pole, 16-throw configuration. Maximum input power is 200 mW, switching time is 100 ns, insertion loss is 3.6 dB or less, and maximum VSWR is 1.8:1. The switch has female SMA connectors and a 15-pin D-SUB male connector makes the internal connections to power, ground, and logic circuitry. Switching control is TTL with the option of line drivers and decoders.
